Fuel pump modification. Car was built as a carburated engine, so switching to TPI involves dropping the fuel tank and installing an electric fuel pump, plus replacing the lines to the engine.
New engine and transmission. Engine is from a 1988 Trans Am, 350 TPI. Transmission is a T5, which is marginal for the amount of torque the engine can put out. As long as I can keep my foot off the LoudPedal, I should be OK. I also picked up a set of fuel lines.
Engine out, things slowly being replaced and readied for the new engine.
Switch control panel for the fan controllers. From left to right, Low Fan Controller On/Off, Low Fan Override, High Fan Controller On/Off, High Fan Override"
Engine is in!!! With the help of my friend Steve, we got the engine in and mounted today.
